Our factory has successfully completed the full production, precision testing and standardized export delivery for a large batch of ASTM A106 Gr.B carbon steel seamless pipes. This order consists of heavy-duty industrial seamless pipes with a specification of OD 609.6mm, wall thickness 9.53mm, STD standard wall grade, and fixed single length of 12 meters. All pipe ends are precisely beveled at 30 degrees to meet international welding and pipeline installation standards for overseas engineering projects.
During the production stage, our technical team strictly controlled raw material chemical composition, rolling precision, straightness and surface smoothness. Every single pipe has passed dimensional inspection, wall thickness tolerance checking, visual surface inspection and non-destructive testing to ensure no cracks, no pitting, no deformation and no uneven wall thickness. After strict factory auditing, all products fully comply with ASTM standard requirements and international pipeline engineering specifications.
Before container loading, we adopt professional industrial-grade export packaging. All pipe ends are covered with durable plastic end caps to protect the 30° beveled mouth from collision, deformation and scratches. The pipe surface is thoroughly cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil for long-term marine transportation protection. Steel strips and wooden support frames are used for overall bundling and fixing to prevent shaking, friction and pipe dislocation inside the container. After layered stacking and firm reinforcement, the whole batch is safely loaded into containers for overseas shipment, ensuring stable and intact delivery for large-scale industrial pipeline projects.
