Our production team has successfully completed the surface polishing, inspection and packaging work for a batch of Inconel 718 age hardened circular plates.
Inconel 718 is a high-performance nickel-based superalloy widely used in precision machinery and high-temperature service conditions, which sets strict standards for surface quality. Each circular plate goes through multi-stage fine mirror polishing. We use progressive abrasive polishing processes to gently remove surface burrs, tool marks, tiny pits and scratches. The finished surface achieves consistent mirror brightness, free of uneven discoloration and oxidation spots. After polishing, every disc will be visually inspected and checked carefully to ensure the surface quality meets customer specifications before packing.
To fully protect the delicate polished surface during long ocean transportation, we adopt layered protective packaging procedures. Each individual plate is covered with a self-adhesive PE protective film to isolate the bright polished surface and avoid direct friction and scratches. Multiple plates are neatly stacked with soft separating pads between layers. The stacked products are then placed into sturdy, moisture-proof plywood cases. Shockproof filling materials are filled inside the box to fix the plates tightly and prevent shifting, collision and vibration damage during transit. Each plywood case will be sealed and marked with shipping marks for easy identification.
This batch of nickel alloy circular plates is ready for shipment to our overseas customer. We always pay close attention to every subtle detail of surface finishing and packaging.
